Cancellation Policy

Canceling parties that have placed a deposit only will not be subject to a refund. If your event is unable to take place due to weather, sickness, or otherwise, we will do our best to reschedule your event to another available date for no additional cost. I attest that I have read and agree to all of Golden Lion photo and video release/liability waiver terms and requirements, as well as their general terms and conditions, including cancellations, payment, weather, rescheduling, refunds, equipment and safety, permit requirements, and day of operations. If I have any questions or are uncertain or feel uninformed of anything related to my event, I will contact Golden Lion directly to get my questions answered before my event takes place. If I do not wish to have photos or videos taken at my event, I will specify in the "Anything we need to know about your event" box to opt out.
