Our laser tag equipment is generally recommended for ages 8 and up, primarily because the guns weigh around 3 pounds. However, some children may find it easier to handle the equipment based on their size and strength. For instance, my 6-year-old daughter has no trouble using the gear. We always encourage parents to assess their child's comfort and ability to hold and operate the equipment, as it may vary from child to child.
